Role & Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.

Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various sales techniques.

Needs Assessment: Understanding customer requirements and tailoring solutions to address their specific needs.

Product Presentation: Clearly explaining product features and benefits.

Upselling & Cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to increase sales by offering related products or higher-value options.

Order Processing: Accurately processing sales orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Handling Objections: Addressing customer concerns and overcoming objections to close sales.

Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers for repeat business.

Follow-up: Making follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure customer satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications.

12th pass candidates are eligible.

Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Excellent verbal and written communication in English and

any reginal language.
