The company operates offices in Chennai, Bangalore, and Mumbai. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Officer located in Chennai. The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and nurturing business relationships, providing excellent customer service, handling financial queries, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include communicating effectively with customers, addressing their needs, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The officer will also assist in cross-selling and upselling bank products and services. Qualifications Business Relationship Management and Finance skills Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proficiency in Sales techniques Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
