Customer Relationship Officer

Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Respond to customer queries promptly via phone, email, or in-person. Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and urgency. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and processes. Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to better serve clients. Collect and analyze customer feedback and share insights with relevant departments. Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is maintained. Support customer onboarding and retention initiatives. Update CRM systems with client information, notes, and updates. Meet or exceed service targets and KPIs set by the department. Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management (1-3 years preferred). Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple customer interactions in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
