NAYAN Hardware Showroom (Retails), which deals in furniture fittings, architectural hardware, and related components, plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth procurement of raw materials, components, tools, and services required for operations. Nayan Hardware caters to not only end customers but also to builders and projects. Our esteemed clients include all the major builders in the twin cities. Role & responsibilities: A Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, ultimately driving business growth. Key roles include identifying customer needs, providing personalized support, addressing issues, and improving the customer experience through collaboration with internal teams To maintain walk-in report and feed entry in SAP for CRM To warmly welcome each customer and assign sales person To conduct CRM activities To maintain in store operation (functional operation or daily financial expenses). Help Sales Team in follow-up Daily Sales Report Visit Interiors/ Architects office Educational Qualification: 12th Class / Any UG / PG Graduate Key skills : Good communication and Leadership skills, customer service, technical skills (like CRM software proficiency), analytical skills, collaboration, and problem-solving. Strong interpersonal skills, particularly active listening, empathy, and the ability to build rapport, are crucial for nurturing customer relationships and fostering loyalty. Relevant Industry: Experience of Hotel reception or Hospital reception / Any Retail customer relation manager is preferable
