We are currently seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our client, ORGO Interiors in Chennai.

Role Overview


The Customer Relationship Manager will be the primary contact point for customers throughout the project journey – from project initiation to handover. This role acts as a bridge between the customer and ORGO’s internal teams, ensuring timely communication, smooth coordination, and an excellent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities :


• Act as the single point of contact for the customer throughout the project.

• Share regular updates with the customer by coordinating with the project team.

• Sit in daily/regular calls with the project team to prepare update reports.

• Send payment reminders/demands to customers and coordinate with the Accounts team for receipts & acknowledgments.

• Schedule and facilitate customer meetings and site visits as required.

• Prepare and share progress reports, presentations, and documentation.

• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are effectively communicated and met.

• Handle site handover process smoothly with proper documentation.

• Escalate issues on time and ensure quick resolution. Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Google Workspace knowledge preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and handle stress calmly.

• Good coordination & follow-up skills with internal teams.

• Strong problem-solving and convincing abilities.

• Professional grooming and customer-handling attitude.

• Willingness to travel to project sites and customer locations within Chennai.


Educational Qualifications :


• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce, Arts, English, Business preferred).

• MBA/PG in Business/Marketing/Operations is an advantage but not mandatory.


Experience :


• 2–7 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Client Servicing, Sales Coordination, or Project Coordination (preferably in Interiors/Real Estate/Hospitality).
