Key Responsibilities

✅ Key Responsibilities (Sales & Customer Service):

• Attend customer correspondence via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs, guide them toward buying decisions, and recommend add-on or upsell products to boost sales.
• Actively drive sales by identifying customer needs, highlighting product benefits, and closing sales opportunities.
• Support customers during the order creation process, provide payment links, and troubleshoot purchase-related issues.
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., Logistics) to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain a presentable, sales-driven, and customer-focused approach with excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by converting inquiries into successful transactions.
• Update customers about new product launches, offers, promotions, and sales campaigns to encourage repeat business.
• (Bonus) Retail sales experience or background is a plus.

• Effective Customer Satisfaction through problem solving and guidance.
• Proficient in working on calls, in person customer dealing etc
• Prior knowledge of Handling customers, query resolution.
