Job Description Customer Support Executive (Voice Process) | General Insurance Location: Hyderabad (Begumpet, Sindhi Colony, Secunderabad) Industry: General Insurance (BFSI) Employment Type: Full-time | On-roll Opportunity About the Role We are hiring a Customer Support Executive for Voice Process at a leading General Insurance company in Hyderabad . This role is purely customer service-based with no sales targets . You will be responsible for handling inbound & outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Proficiency in both Hindi and English communication is required.
