Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our real estate team. The role involves managing relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction, handling post-sales services, and acting as a key point of contact between the company and its customers. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business. Handle all customer queries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy. Ensure a seamless experience for customers from booking to possession and beyond. Customer Retention & Experience: Conduct regular follow-ups and feedback sessions to improve service quality. Manage customer satisfaction surveys and implement action plans for improvement. Organize customer engagement events and initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in customer relationship or client servicing roles, preferably in real estate. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
