Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Guest Engagement & Retention: Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty. CRM System Management: Utilize CRM software to manage guest profiles, track interactions, and analyze data to personalize services and anticipate guest needs. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align customer service initiatives with business objectives. Feedback Management: Collect and address guest feedback promptly, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery. Event Coordination Support: Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless integration of guest services and event requirements. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably within the hospitality or event management industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
