Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, manage client communications, address inquiries and concerns, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. A successful CRM will drive customer retention, identify growth opportunities, and help improve the overall client experience.

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
• Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients and foster new business relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, client feedback, and service improvements.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems, ensuring all touchpoints are documented.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to improve the customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,714.13 - ₹15,000.02 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Maqbool Pura, Amritsar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• CRM: 3 years (Preferred)
