Reception

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our high-end automotive detailing showroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, schedule appointments, handle inquiries, and support the daily functions of our detailing team to ensure a smooth and welcoming environment for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth, both in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments and manage bookings for detailing services
• Provide knowledgeable information about our detailing packages and promotions
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-up communications efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
• Support showroom operations by coordinating with technicians and management

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a showroom or service-based industry
• Strong background in customer service and conflict resolution
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: ₹8,489.48 - ₹15,000.11 per month
