Franchise manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Manager to oversee operations, support franchise partners, and ensure consistent brand standards across our car detailing franchise locations. The ideal candidate will drive performance, provide operational guidance, and help grow our network by maintaining strong relationships with franchisees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Franchisee Support & Oversight
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned franchise locations.
• Provide ongoing operational support to franchise owners and managers.
• Ensure each store adheres to company policies, brand guidelines, and service quality standards.
• Operational Excellence
• Conduct regular audits and performance reviews at franchise locations.
• Assist in resolving operational issues, customer complaints, or staff concerns.
• Monitor KPIs (e.g., sales, customer satisfaction, productivity) and implement improvement plans where needed.
• Training & Development
• Coordinate and deliver training programs for new and existing franchisees.
• Support onboarding processes for new store openings.
• Business Growth & Strategy
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service offerings, or customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive local and regional promotions.
• Assist with market research and feasibility studies for potential new franchise locations.
• Compliance & Reporting
• Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and health & safety regulations.
• Provide regular performance reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in franchise management, retail operations, or automotive services (car wash/detailing a plus).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to travel between franchise locations as needed.
• Proficient in business software (e.g., Microsoft Office, POS systems, CRM).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,366.74 - ₹36,584.42 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Maqbool Pura, Amritsar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
