Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to handle post- sales operations, including agreement drafting, payment collections, loan coordination, possession formalities, and client servicing. The role requires strong communication, documentation skills, and experience in real-estate CRM.

Role & responsibilities

Draft and manage Agreements to Sell, Allotment Letters, Possession Letters & addendums.
Handle payment follow-ups, collections, GST/TDS queries, and account coordination.
Facilitate home loan processing with banks (documents, demand letters, approvals).
Manage possession formalities and checks, final dues, handover documentation.
Maintain customer records, update CRM systems, and ensure smooth post-sales experience.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Construction teams for issue resolution.
Address customer queries, escalations, and ensure high satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

3-5 years of CRM/Post-Sales experience in Real Estate (mandatory).
Strong communication & customer-handling skills.
Proficient in documentation, agreements, and basic legal understanding.
Knowledge of loan processes, banking coordination, GST/TDS basics.
Good command of MS Office & CRM software.
Graduate degree; MBA preferred.
