Job Description

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Plans all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation (Mobilization to completion and handover)
Responsible for the execution of civil construction work activities.
Estimating cost of equipment used in STP, WTP & waste water treatment plants.
Collaborate with management, execution and the finance team to develop project plans.
Collaborate with government authorities to comprehend published tenders, upcoming projects and their requirements to drive business development.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers, clients, and stakeholders to understand their needs and effectively position our solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; plus, MBA degree preferred.
Experience
: Minimum 10-15 years in infrastructure construction, with at least 5 years in STP projects. Hands-on experience in both STP/WTP civil works.
Deep understanding of STP, WTP and waste water treatment technologies, processes, and equipment.
A very presentable pleasing personality with high liaison skills with government clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
