Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities-:

• Required Aluform formwork Knowledge with Highrise tower is must.
• Coordinating with Project Head/consultants to resolve technical queries at site.
• Reporting shall be to the Project Head / PMC / Directors.
• Prepare Work Breakdown Structure, for various agencies and integrating with the main

project schedule & get approve by Project Head.

• Alerting Project Coordinator/Project Head on activities which are running behind schedule,

pending decisions/ drawings.

• Coordinating with contractors to revise resource allocation.
• Review of Monthly Progress Reports, Quality reports, safety reports prepared by Project

Coordinator, taking corrective measures & get done the corrective work at site.

• Ensuring preparation & distribution of Daily Progress Report (DPR) through Sr. Engg.
• Study of detailed quantity estimate prepared by Project Coordinator for the project.
• Get Collecting data & prepare the data sheet for reconciliation.
• Get the work complete through Sr. Engg. according to customer changes received from sales

department.

• Bill certification In ERP system based on work order terms & sent for approval of Project

Head.

• Checking over the ERP System & implementation at site on regular basis.
• Proper Implementation of checklists formats given by Project Coordinator for execution.
• Ensuring material testing on regular basis.
• Ensuring & get the proper quality of workmanship for completed work at site.
• Ensuring & get the proper handing over the flats to marketing team.
• Ensuring that all contractors and other stakeholders follow safety norms at site.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by Company from time to time.
