Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Site Management

• Execute electrical works as per approved drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and other teams for smooth project progress.
• Monitor daily site activities and resolve technical issues.

Planning & Coordination

• Prepare work schedules and track progress against project timelines.
• Assist in material planning, indenting, and inventory control.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of electrical materials.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with IS standards, NBC, and project-specific quality requirements.
• Implement and monitor electrical safety practices at site.
• Support inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.

Billing & Documentation

• Prepare and verify measurements for electrical works.
• Assist in preparation of RA bills and final bills.
• Maintain drawings, technical submittals, and as-built documentation.

Testing & Commissioning

• Support testing, commissioning, and energization of electrical systems.
• Attend inspections with clients, consultants, and statutory authorities.
• Ensure timely rectification of snags and punch points.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2–7 years of relevant experience in electrical project execution.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or EPC projects.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of LT/HT electrical systems, power distribution, and lighting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and BOQs.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic).
• Problem-solving and site management abilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in high-rise buildings, infrastructure projects, or industrial plants.
• Familiarity with testing instruments and commissioning procedures.
• Exposure to statutory approvals and safety audits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
