1. Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with sales objectives. Identify key market segments, competitors, and industry trends in the industrial piping sector. Plan and monitor marketing budgets for maximum ROI. 2. Brand Development & Positioning Strengthen brand presence through consistent messaging across all marketing channels (digital, print, exhibitions, etc.) Develop product catalogues, technical brochures, presentations, and case studies. Manage brand identity, packaging, and promotional material designs. 3. Digital & Offline Marketing Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns — including LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and website content. Coordinate the creation of marketing content such as blogs, videos, product features, and customer success stories. Organize dealer meets and manage designing of Stalls during Expo and Events to enhance brand engagement. 4. Sales Support & Lead Generation Generate and nurture leads through targeted campaigns, telemarketing, and database management. Support the sales team with marketing collaterals, technical comparisons, and project-specific presentations. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Coordination Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for project execution. Understand project drawings, BOQs, and specifications related to PPR-C piping systems. Prepare project timelines and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines. 2. Site Execution & Supervision Visit project sites regularly to ensure correct installation of PPR-C pipes and fittings. Provide technical guidance to site engineers, plumbers, and teams on joining methods and installation best practices. Conduct on-site inspections and ensure adherence to company standards. 3. Technical Support Provide technical solutions and product knowledge to clients and stakeholders. Assist in resolving site-related issues, leakages, or installation errors. Support Project Manager in preparing technical reports and documentation. 4. Testing & Quality Assurance Oversee pressure testing, installation checks, and quality parameters. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols. 5. Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily site reports, progress records, and installation logs. Prepare MIS reports, project summaries, and update management on project progress. 6. Training & Demonstrations Conduct training sessions for plumbers, contractors, and field teams. Demonstrate PPR-C jointing procedures and tools. Skills Good communication and client-handling skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
