Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

As a Business Development Executive for IT Solutions & Staffing, your main responsibility will be driving sales and business growth for software development and contract staffing services. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and closing deals to expand the company's market presence in Navi Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online platforms. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs effectively. - Pitch software development and contract staffing solutions to potential clients. - Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently to meet sales targets. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Stay updated with industry trends to identify new business opportunities. - Prepare reports and maintain CRM records for business tracking purposes. Qualification Required: - 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. - Proven track record in selling software development and staffing solutions. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to generate leads and close deals independently. - Knowledge of the IT and staffing industry is a plus. - Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
