Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement:Act as the primary point of contact, building rapport, and fostering lasting positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Needs Assessment:Understand individual customer needs, preferences, and concerns to provide personalized service and solutions.
  • Issue Resolution:Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, working to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Strategy Development:Develop and implement customer retention programs and strategies to ensure loyalty and reduce churn.
  • Internal Collaboration:Work with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance the customer experience and identify areas for improvement.
  • Data Analysis:Use CRM systems and data to analyze customer trends, monitor competitor activities, and inform business strategies.
  • Business Growth:Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to meet client demands and drive revenue.
