You will be the person who ensures that:

Customers are always informed about their orders

Internal teams stay aligned

Follow-ups are done professionally, not forcefully

Systems run smoothly without chaos

When customers feel clarity and confidence, it will be because of your coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and maintaining the customer database (CRM) accurately

Tracking orders from confirmation to delivery and proactively updating customers

Handling after-sales service communication with ownership

Following up on payments in coordination with accounts and sales teams

Acting as the central coordination link between sales, accounts and operations

Supporting basic social media handling and response coordination

Coordinating sales training schedules and internal communication

Maintaining reports, follow-ups and daily coordination records

Preferred Candidate Profile

Female candidates only

Age: 20 to 40 years

Graduate in any stream

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Calm, confident and professional personality

Comfortable with Excel, Email, CRM and Internet tools

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-moving environment

Prior experience in CRM, customer support or back-office coordination is an advantage
