Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Location: Jaipur(Mahindra Sez) Full-Time | Experience: 2–6 years Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Customer Relationship Manager to join our growing team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, and hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Zoho or Salesforce etc You will be responsible for maintaining long-term customer relationships, resolving client issues, and supporting the sales and service process using CRM systems effectively. Key Responsibilities: Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients Act as the primary point of contact for all customer interactions Manage and update customer data and interaction history in Zoho/Salesforce etc Track and manage customer feedback, concerns, and service escalations Ensure timely follow-ups, email communication, and client onboarding Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams for a seamless customer journey Prepare and analyze CRM reports to support retention and growth strategies Contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction and engagement ✅ Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 2–6 years of proven experience in a CRM or client-facing role Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or Salesforce Excellent verbal and written communication skills Energetic, confident, and outgoing personality Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively ⭐ Nice to Have: Experience with CRM automation or campaign tools Knowledge of reporting dashboards and workflows Familiarity with customer lifecycle management and retention metrics Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
