Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming client inquiries via Instagram, email, and WhatsApp Schedule discovery calls, maintain follow-ups, and assist in closing bookings Explain packages clearly and maintain transparency on deliverables Coordinate between clients and the photography team for shoot dates, timelines, etc. Keep track of payment schedules, contracts, and basic CRM documentation Build strong, long-term client relationships and upsell premium services if applicable Maintain client feedback and handle basic post-project follow-up Skills Required: Excellent spoken and written English (Kannada/Hindi is a bonus) Polite, professional, and confident in communication Organized and punctual with follow-ups Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Docs and WhatsApp for Business Interest in photography, weddings, or creative fields is a bonus Social media handling experience is a plus Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience and hours) Working Days: 6 days a week Timing: Flexible (with weekend availability preferred) Why Join Us?
