Job Opening: CRM Executive – Acme Heights 92 (Sales Office) Location: Mohali Experience Required: 2–3 Years Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: Acme Heights 92 is seeking a dedicated and organized CRM Executive to join our Sales Office team. This position requires someone with excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer relationship functions including follow-ups, query resolution, and post-sales coordination. Maintain and update the Cash Book on a daily basis. Keep accurate records of unit possessions and pending works. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, site, admin) to track and ensure timely completion of assigned works. Monitor and maintain a record of daily expenses related to office and site operations. Assist the Sales Manager in documentation, reporting, and data handling. Support overall office operations, including communication with customers and vendors. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Commerce/Management preferred). 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar CRM or back-office role (Real Estate background preferred). Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting practices. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities efficiently.
