Job Description

CRM Manager – BuildMyInfra

Location: Gurugram
Experience: 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and strengthen customer relationships to improve retention and satisfaction.
  • Drive cross-sell and up-sell initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain and update CRM data accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to enhance client experience.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and insights using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Monitor CRM performance and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in CRM / Client Relationship / Customer Success roles.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Master’s degree preferred (MBA or related field).
  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho / HubSpot / Salesforce preferred).
