Key Responsibilities

Payment Follow-Up & Recovery

Track and follow up on pending payments from clients.
Maintain accurate records of payment schedules, receipts, and outstanding dues.
Coordinate with finance/legal teams for escalation and resolution of payment delays.

Document Management

Oversee execution and collection of customer documents, including sale agreements, registration papers, and compliance forms.
Ensure timely and legally sound documentation aligned with company and regulatory standards.
Maintain digital and physical records with high accuracy and confidentiality.

Land Records Coordination

Liaise with legal and operations teams to gather and verify land ownership documents, conversion certificates, and title deeds.
Assist in compiling and updating land records for internal audits and external compliance.
Support due diligence processes for new land acquisitions or project expansions.

Reporting & CRM System Maintenance

Update CRM software with client interactions, payment status, and document milestones.
Generate MIS reports for management review on payment recovery, documentation progress, and land record status.
Ensure data integrity and timely updates across platforms.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Real Estate, or Legal Studies.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and document tracking systems.
Strong communication skills—written and verbal—with a consultative approach.
Familiarity with property documentation and land compliance procedures.
