• Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Retail Sales Specialist. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include selling products, maintaining product knowledge, and assisting in inventory management. The specialist will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

• Qualifications
• Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills.
• Experience in Retail Sales and Product Knowledge.
• Excellent Communication skills and mail drafting .
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience in the insurance or retail industries is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Nasik, Nashik, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Insurance sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driving Licence (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
