About Us: Arpita Sulakshana is a decade-old North Delhi-based women's wear label known for its vibrant designs, quality craftsmanship, and growing presence across multiple platforms including Instagram, Pernia, Aza, Myntra, and our flagship store. Our founder is a creative powerhouse managing design, marketing, and strategic partnerships, and we’re looking for a strong, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support her across operations. Role Overview: We’re hiring a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Executive Assistant to work closely with the founder of the brand. You will manage her daily schedule, coordinate meetings, handle key follow-ups, streamline internal communication, and ensure operational efficiency in a fast-paced fashion environment. Key Responsibilities: Act as the point of contact between the founder and internal teams, vendors, and external collaborators. Manage and maintain the founder’s calendar: meetings, fittings, shoots, vendor visits, etc. Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and event RSVPs. Draft emails, memos, documents, and reports as required. Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines from various departments. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications. Assist with social media coordination, campaign planning, and brand collaborations. Handle documentation, filing, and office-related administrative work. Support in store operations when needed — inventory coordination, dispatch checks, etc. Be present and assist during shoots, exhibitions, trunk shows, and important client meetings. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Management, or related field preferred Prior experience as an executive or personal assistant (fashion/retail industry is a plus) Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Tech-savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Web, Instagram High level of discretion, adaptability, and emotional intelligence Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM (must be flexible depending on workload, shoots, or events) Location: On-site (North Delhi office + store) Why Join Us?
