We are hiring Customer Relationship Managers (CRM) to join our team. Candidates with experience in the hospitality industry will be preferred, as we are looking for individuals who can bring strong customer service skills, professionalism, and relationship-building expertise.
As a CRM, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication, managing client queries, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
Handle customer queries and feedback in a professional manner.
Coordinate with sales and production teams for timely order updates.
Maintain client records and follow-ups in CRM tools/Excel.
Ensure smooth client servicing aligned with the brand’s premium image.
Skills & Qualifications
Background in hospitality, client servicing, or customer-facing roles.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
right attitude and hospitality exposure are welcome.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
