Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring complete satisfaction by providing after-sales support, resolving queries, and maintaining long-term client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: - Follow up with clients after order placement to ensure smooth execution and satisfaction. - Provide excellent after-sales support and address all client needs. - Collect and document genuine client feedback. - Resolve client queries or concerns promptly and professionally. - Offer product or service guidance as needed. - Serve as the main point of contact for client issues and escalate when necessary. - Understand client expectations and provide suitable solutions. Qualifications Required: - Polite and professional communication skills. - Strong follow-up ability. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making. - Proactive, organized, and customer-oriented approach. - Good understanding of company products and services. - Availability during working hours via phone or email.
