This full-time role is based in our Hyderabad office and requires 0 to 1 year of work experience. Candidates will play a pivotal role in nurturing client relationships and driving engagement through strategic CRM initiatives. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in communication skills (Mandatory skill) is essential for effectively engaging with clients and stakeholders. Ability to perform accurate data entry (Mandatory skill) to maintain and update CRM databases with precision. Expertise in email management (Mandatory skill) to manage client correspondence and communications professionally. Strong customer service skills to address client inquiries and ensure a positive experience with the company. Proficiency in MS Excel for organizing, analyzing, and presenting data relevant to CRM operations. Experience in managing leads for identifying potential customers and converting them into active users. Capability to manage a sales pipeline effectively to track and progress client interactions smoothly. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt to the dynamic needs of the real estate industry.
