Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in communication skills (Mandatory skill) is essential for effectively engaging with clients and stakeholders. Expertise in email management (Mandatory skill) to manage client correspondence and communications professionally. Experience in managing leads for identifying potential customers and converting them into active users. Capability to manage a sales pipeline effectively to track and progress client interactions smoothly.
