Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Executive, located in Bengaluru. The role involves managing customer relationships, focusing on customer retention, enhancing customer experience, and supporting sales activities. The CRM Executive will be responsible for day-to-day communications with customers, analyzing customer data, and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
