Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive based in Bengaluru. The CRM Executive will manage relationships with existing and potential customers by addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include analyzing customer data, developing retention strategies, and providing regular updates to internal stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and improve overall satisfaction with company services.
