Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Valsad for a Customer Relationship Management Executive. The primary responsibilities include managing customer relationships, enhancing customer experience, retaining customers, analyzing customer data, and supporting sales efforts. The executive will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
