CRM Executive

Location- Nariman Point, Mumbai

Experience- 0-2 Years

Work mode- WFO

Duties & Responsibilities-


Sample responsibilities for this position include:


  • Highly numerate with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Support the Senior CRM manager to define and develop the retention strategy, roadmap and budget that will achieve targets and KPIs
  • Ensuring that client information is most updated in CRM tools
  • Lead regular status meetings and glean field input through regular connects
  • Develop further as professional sales rep by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques
  • Proficient in Zoho and Excel prefered
  • Work closely with operations and product managers to effectively prioritize projects to fit business needs
  • Follow standard practices, keeping data organized, readable, maintainable, and documented
  • Remain current on new and updated information
  • Manage the sending of the Quarterly connects and other marketing invitations to client
  • Bright and willing to learn
