Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Executive, your role will involve managing all phone and email inquiries from businesses, nurturing strong relationships with B2B clients, and driving sales. Your excellent communication skills, customer-centric approach, and knack for turning inquiries into successful business partnerships will be key in excelling in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to all phone and email inquiries from prospective and current clients. - Understand customer needs and offer customized solutions for their custom T-shirt requirements. - Provide product information and prepare quotes for business customers based on their specific needs. - Convert inquiries into confirmed orders by establishing rapport and showcasing our product offerings. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools. - Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure client expectations are met. - Identify potential leads and generate additional business opportunities. Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience in B2B sales, customer relationship management, or similar roles is preferred; freshers are encouraged to apply. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Ability to effectively manage multiple client accounts and sales pipelines. - Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications. - Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach and a passion for customer service. - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
