Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to drive Next-Gen’s growth and revenue expansion in Ahmedabad. This role involves developing and implementing strategic plans to explore new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, fostering partnerships, and contributing to the overall business success. Key Responsibilities: Proactively convert company-provided leads into sales. Identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Lead closure, business mining, and sustaining relationships with current clients. Craft and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders. Gather and address customer feedback to enhance satisfaction levels. Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements with clientele. Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: 12th Pass / Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. At least 1 year of experience in sales, including roles such as marketing, counseling, BDM, B2B, B2C, in-house sales, and positions in BPO, KPO, or RPO sectors. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to devise and execute successful business development strategies. Goal-driven, with a keen focus on achieving sales targets and delivering value.
