Customer Relationship Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our retail team. You will be the face of our brand in-store and over the phone, assisting customers with product inquiries, purchases, and service-related concerns. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with product information, recommendations, and in-store navigation.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to assist with inquiries, follow-ups, and post-purchase support.
• Maintain a strong understanding of all product lines to offer accurate information.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collect and update customer data, feedback, and queries in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate when necessary.
• Support store events, promotions, and customer engagement activities.

Must-Have Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Confident and courteous telephone etiquette
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, customer-first mindset, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus
• Minimum educational qualification: Graduate or equivalent

Work Schedule:

6-day work week with one weekly off

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
