Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at The Sleep Company in Hyderabad The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing customer service and satisfaction, ensuring effective store management, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Effective Communication skills Store Management expertise Retail Loss Prevention knowledge Strong organizational and leadership skills Experience in retail or store management Knowledge of inventory management and sales operations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Skills: Retail Sales Knowledge Store operations People management Shrinkage Control Team Player Maintaining Retail KPI Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: Panjim, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): Are you able to Join immediately?
