Job description:- Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels as per production and operational requirements. Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system records. Ensure proper labeling, binning, and categorization of materials. Receipt & Issue of Materials: Verify incoming materials against purchase orders (POs) and ensure quality/quantity compliance. Ensure accurate and timely issuance of materials to respective departments. Storage & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store layout. Ensure proper storage of perishable, flammable, and sensitive materials as per standards. Documentation & ERP: Update inventory records in ERP/software systems. Generate GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), MIS reports, issue slips, and other documentation. Compliance & Audits: Adhere to safety norms and statutory compliances.. Support in internal and external audits by ensuring records are complete and accurate. Coordination: Liaise with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments for smooth workflow. Roles and Responsibilities The job profile would include:- Creating new designs and recreating existing ones within a given time frame as per inputs/instructions received. Understanding the design requirement related to Self adhesive Flexo printed Labels & Holograms and giving suggestions for better output. Creating creative social media posts. Managing colour separation process. Maintain Artwork related sample stock. Coordination with factory related to trials, creation of samples & solutions for new product design. Design and coordination with vendors of flyers, brochures, Letter Heads, Visiting cards etc. Designing product features and stall layouts preferably with 3D presentation. Maintain daily departmental documentation. Inter-Departmental Coordination related to designing. Desired Candidate Profile Candidate should be proficient in Corel Draw, Illustrator, Photoshop & Premier Pro . Candidate need to be creative to understand the design requirement and basic knowledge of video editing or animation will have added advantage. Will be responsible for participation of Holoflex in various Exhibitions, road shows, conferences etc Through Interface and discussion to capture customer requirements and present the relevant solution during customer visits, presentations and other follow up meetings. Involve in proposal review, showcasing of core capabilities offered as solution or services, customer follow up. Understanding & following Sales Process defined in CRM. Maintain positive relationship with all customers to keep up the brand equity of the company. Responsible for all outstanding payment and statutory form collections from customers.
