Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Liaise with the

Business Development team

regarding order processing.
Ensure accurate and error-free information entry in the

CRM system.
Coordinate, assist, and instruct the

Production team

on final production details and tentative delivery schedules.
Coordinate with the

Artwork department

for final design layouts upon confirmation of the Purchase Order.
Collaborate with the

Accounts team

for timely

invoice preparation.
Coordinate and follow up with the

Process team

regarding delivery scheduling and communicate updates to customers and the BD team.
Organize

delivery personnel

for dispatching goods to customer locations.
Receive

customer feedback and complaints, and forward issues to the

Quality department

for resolution.
Coordinate and monitor the

inventory of Finished Goods.
Follow up with

logistics companies

for delivery of Finished Goods across India and manage local dispatches.
Prepare and monitor

Dispatch Pending Reports.
Generate

reports

as required by management.
Maintain proper documentation for

QC-rejected materials.
Prepare

bills for local transporters.
Issue and forward

debit/credit notes

to the Accounts department.
