HIRING: Customer Relationship Executive (Voice Process)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Understand customer needs, provide solutions, and maintain positive relationships.
  • Record all conversations and updates accurately in the system.
  • Participate in team meetings, client briefings, and regular training sessions.


Must Have

  • Minimum

    1 year of experience

    in a contact center or customer support role.
  • Excellent

    English communication and listening skills.

  • Ability to

    multi-task, prioritize work, and handle calls efficiently.

  • Basic computer proficiency and readiness to work in shifts.
