Debt Collection Executive

As a Debt Collection Executive at our leading debt collection agency, your role will involve managing inbound and outbound calls efficiently to provide exceptional debt management services to our clients across Australia & New Zealand. You will be responsible for identifying customers" needs, clarifying information, and providing solutions while maintaining accurate records of all interactions. Additionally, you will attend client briefings, meetings, and trainings regularly to stay updated on best practices in the industry. Key Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. - Identify customers" needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives. - Identify and escalate priority issues; maintain records of all conversations and transactions in the database. - Attend client briefings, meetings, and trainings regularly. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in managing customer interactions in a contact center environment. - Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage work efficiently. - Strong English communication, listening, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers. - Basic computer skills and willingness to work in shifts. It would be beneficial if you have previous experience in debt collection or receivables management, as well as decision-making skills and team management experience. The location of the job is in Cochin, and the salary is negotiable. Please note that the job types available are full-time and fresher.
