Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 9 years of experience in debt collection and management to join our team at Capital Placement Services, located in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, auditing, or taxation.

Roles and Responsibility

Plan and execute strategies to recover outstanding debts from customers.
Negotiate payment plans and terms with debtors via phone or email.
Update client data and information in CRM systems.
Schedule payments and monitor receipts.
Handle correspondence related to debt collection, including preparing demands and settlement agreements.
Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in debt collection and management.
Strong knowledge of accounting, auditing, or taxation principles.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
