Job Description


HIRING: Debt Collection Executive


We need your customer service and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues; maintain records of all conversations and transactions in the database.
  • Attend client briefings, meetings, and trainings regularly.


Must Have:


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in managing customer interactions in a contact center environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage work efficiently.
  • Strong English communication, listening, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to work in shifts.


Nice to Have:


  • Previous experience in debt collection or receivables management.
  • Decision-making skills and team management experience.
