Job Summary

Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to resolve customer issues
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of customer concerns
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
  • Support customer onboarding and post-sales activities
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling (where applicable)
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with management
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards
