Job Description

Client Relationship Executive

The Client Relationship Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining and expanding client relationships through effective follow-up strategies. This position requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who excels in communication, relationship-building, and sales tactics. The primary responsibilities include managing follow-up activities with existing clients and ensuring a positive customer experience.


Key Responsiblities


Client Follow-up

  • Regularly follow up with existing clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and nurture the client relationship.
  • Utilise various communication channels (phone calls, emails, and other professional platforms) to stay engaged with clients and provide updates on new products or services.

Relationship Building

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and aligning company offerings with their needs.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the engagement process.
  • Provide detailed product or service information to clients and address their questions or concerns.
  • Analyse client requirements and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Sales Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback from clients and identify areas for improvement in products or services.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining sales materials, presentations, and documentation for effective client communication.
  • Coordinate with operations and support teams regarding client queries and issues, ensuring timely responses.

Customer Satisfaction

  • Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction levels through surveys, feedback, and direct communication.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales or client-facing experience; B2B Enterprise Sales exposure is advantageous.
  • Graduation is a must; MBA is a plus.
  • Team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English and Malayalam.
  • Effective presentation and consultative selling skills.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Experience in solution selling, particularly in cross-selling within enterprises, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales or related customer service roles.
  • Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Collaborative team player with a results-oriented mindset.
