Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive who will manage customer-related calls, build strong customer relationships, and ensure successful conversions. The ideal candidate should be smart, persuasive, and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience, with knowledge of the automobile market.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism.
• Guide customers through the vehicle buying journey, including loan support.
• Convince and convert leads into successful sales with a customer-first approach.
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure retention and long-term satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate reports, records of calls, visits, and follow-ups.
• Conduct field visits and support office operations when required.
• Manage multiple customers simultaneously with efficiency and clarity.
• Ensure timely completion of all assigned responsibilities without delay.
• Stay updated with automobile market trends and customer behavior.

Requirements

• Minimum Graduate in Commerce/Science or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in automobile industry/customer handling preferred.
• Proficiency in Gujarati & Hindi (spoken) – English is an added advantage.
• Good computer literacy – ability to work with MS Office, CRM, or related software.
• Strong numerical ability for handling customer loan/finance discussions.
• Excellent convincing skills, multitasking ability, and proactive problem-solving.
• High sense of responsibility, accountability, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Motivated to handle both fieldwork and office work when needed.
• Active, energetic, and always ready to engage with customers.
