Customer Relations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and Hindi-speaking Sales & Marketing Executive to manage customer communications and export marketing operations from our office. The candidate will not be required to travel for field sales but will focus on handling leads, nurturing customer relationships, and driving export opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Hindi, English, and regional languages.
• Manage inquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, and other export portals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers across India and export markets.
• Generate new sales leads through phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
• Prepare and share quotations, follow up on payments, and track orders.
• Support export documentation and compliance as needed.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and customer updates for management.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Hindi (mandatory), with good English and Tamil as an advantage.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Previous experience in sales support, customer relations, or marketing preferred.
• Familiarity with B2B portals (IndiaMART, Alibaba, etc.) is an added plus.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, reporting).
• Should be office-based (no field work).

Pay: ₹14,548.92 - ₹38,945.02 per month
