Role Overview: As a Client Relations Manager at Maple Tech Space, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring smooth real estate transactions. Maple Tech Space is an IT consultancy firm with expertise in IT consulting, Digital Marketing, App Development, and Web services. You will be responsible for preparing offers for property purchases, managing listing agreements, and providing support to real estate agents to help them close deals successfully. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare offers for property purchases and coordinate the signing process with accuracy and timely delivery. - Create and manage listing agreements, uploading accurate listings on internal platforms for sales or lease. - Organize deal-related documents from agents and clients, ensuring compliance and completion before the closing date. - Update deal information in accounting and deal management software, maintaining accurate records. - Provide on-time support to real estate agents, assisting with documentation, coordination, and day-to-day operational needs. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in any relevant field (MBA Preferred). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in English communication; knowledge of Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati, or any other regional language is a plus. - Previous experience with CRM tools preferred. - 0 to 2 years of experience in support and coordination. - Experience within the real estate industry would be an asset.
