'Customer Relation Executive’ to be stationed at Ahmedabad - Gujarat

We require a suitable candidate, with 1-2 years of experience in handling existing and new customers with good communication skills and good multi-tasking and time management.


Detailed job profile as under:


Job responsibilities as Customer Relations

  • Reply inquiries received by emails and online ( live chat) and calls
  • Follow up with potential clients/inquiries
  • Reply to the client within the time frame given by the management
  • Prepare reports (daily, weekly and monthly) of potential client and inquiries
  • To answer questions about the products or services of the company
  • To ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • To direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
  • To take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • To handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • To keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • To undergo training to understand the company’s services
  • To prepare and submit the sales and other MIS reports as asked by the company/BDM
  • Customer relationship management expertise.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Cross-sell the company's other services to the clients
  • Capable of excellent customer service and support.
  • Capable and managing to deal with different departments within the company
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for clients and team members.
  • Leadership and Management, Team multicultural management.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and cultural adaptability.
  • Maintaining a file of client’s data
  • Building long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Addressing customer concerns and complaints.
  • Create plans to address clients’ business needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs
  • Study market trends and take necessary action and provide your input to increase the growth of the company


Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of Commercial/Corporate in Sales and Marketing for all types of financial products. Experience in a client acquisition
  • Sales/Closing skills and ability to multi-task/ customer negotiations skills
  • Good in follow-ups


Qualifications:

Graduate in Business/Commerce/MBA with 1 to 2 years of experience
